We offer fitness training to all active tennis competitors. Specific programmes are made depending on age and current fitness levels and are based on developing motor skills (strength, speed, endurance, coordination, stability and flexibility) but also improving specific movement skills that are charecteristic to tennis. Our primary goal is the proper growth and development of our athletes and trainings will include excercises that will prevent deformities, for instance developing right hand and left hand muscle groups equally.

In cooperation with the Republic Institute for Sports initial, controlled testing is conducted, programmes are developed based upon the results and also progress is measured and monitored.

Our fitness trainer is Vladimir Milicevic, professor of physical education and licensed tennis trainer.
